SOINULABOR
Soinulabor is a programme aimed at training and supporting local cultural agents which, through live arts and music, connects professional practitioners with local amateur agents to promote projects with greater social impact.
This project serves as a municipal vehicle for fostering policies that strengthen the relationship between professional and amateur practice, encouraging professional agents to work with local groups and to act as catalysts through their processes, while also motivating amateur associations to rethink their activity beyond the ordinary.
